The focus of this unit is to create a long-term vision for the organisation and the strategies required to attain and sustain a competitive advantage. A primary element of the unit will be the formulation and implementation of effective business and corporate level strategies. To formulate and implement these strategies requires the use of analytical, behavioural and creative dimensions of businesses. Most problems encountered in business are complex and multi-functional.
